4. Service Process and Payment Terms
4.1 No Upfront Payment
We operate on a pay only after removal basis. You will not be charged unless we successfully remove the specified content.
4.2 Service Timeline
Most content removal requests are completed within 7-15 business days, though some platforms may require additional time.
4.3 Payment Due
Payment becomes due only upon successful removal of the specified content. We will notify you when removal is complete and provide proof of removal.
4.4 No Removal, No Fee
If we are unable to remove the specified content, you will not be charged any fees.
5. Client Responsibilities
5.1 Accurate Information
You must provide accurate and complete information about the content to be removed and your legal standing to request such removal.
5.2 Legal Rights
You represent that you have legitimate legal grounds to request removal of the specified content, including but not limited to:
- The content violates your privacy rights.
- The content is defamatory or false.
- The content was shared without your consent.
- The content violates platform terms of service
5.3 Prohibited Uses
You may not use our services to:
- Remove legitimate criticism or reviews.
- Suppress truthful information.
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
- Remove content you do not have legal standing to challenge
6. Confidentiality and Privacy
6.1 Client Confidentiality: We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information, case details, and outcomes. Your identity and case specifics will never be shared without your explicit written consent.

- The service request involves illegal activity
- Platform policies prevent completion of the service
