As a woman who has overcome emotional abuse, Ive turned my personal experience into a mission:
to help women rise not just emotionally, but also against new digital threats like deepfake
exploitation and AI-based abuse.
Who I Am
Kakoli Dasmandal is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of diverse experience across corporate training, coaching, human resources, and personal development. A certified POSH Enabler, DEI & Soft Skills Trainer, and Mindset Makeover Coach, she is widely recognized for her impactful sessions, dynamic speaking engagements, and her unwavering commitment to driving positive change in individuals and organizations.
Active contributor to the Aao Baat Kare Project by Parwarish, Kakoli works passionately to raise awareness and foster safe, inclusive environments for all. She is also a travel enthusiast, blending her love for learning and cultural diversity into her training approach.

As a Board Executive of the Prospective Leaders Network (PLN), Nigeria, she helps shape young minds on leadership and customer service excellence. She is also an active member of Junior Chamber International (JCI), where she leads several community service initiatives.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Kakoli enjoys traveling, driving, dancing, and cherishes quality time with her daughter.
